☁ SaaS
Pinterest Keyword Tool - $2,300
For sale is a 1-year-old micro-SaaS that helps users research keywords on Pinterest in order to boost post rankings.
1,000 clients; $103 ARR;
Asking: $2,300
✅ What I Like
The tool helps bloggers and social media marketers to gain more views of their posts. The project has minimal traction with 1,000 users, some of whom are paying. Could be an interesting project for someone to take over. Priced right.
❓ Questions & Concerns
Clearly this is a very young project that needs a lot of work. Interest in Pinterest has been steadily declining according to Google Trends data.

Podcast Advertising List - $210k
For sale is a 2-year-old SaaS that allows marketers to create a target list of podcasts for advertising purposes.
Competitors: Podchaser, Listen Notes
Subscription platform charging $474 for 6-months and $799 for 12-months
TTM Revenue: $87k; Profit: $74k; Margin: 85%
Asking: $210k; Multiple: 2.84x
✅ What I Like
I like the podcast space as it’s a growing market. Just yesterday I was having a conversation with a friend that there isn’t a great marketplace that connects advertisers with podcasts. I don’t believe that this business solves that problem but it may. Great margins. Reasonable valuation.
❓ Questions & Concerns
Young project. Doesn’t seem like product-market-fit has been found yet. Have to experiment with marketing & sales channels. Hiring a sales team is expensive. What’s the pain point that this solution solves?

System Monitoring & Reporting - $60k
For sale is a 1-year-old SaaS that allows users to monitor their tech systems and reports on its reliability over time. Address and communicate incidents with ease by getting to users in their preferred way of being contacted.
Competitors: Atlassian
Serves startups, SMBs, and enterprise clients
TTM Revenue: $26k; Profit: $25k; Margin: 96%
Asking: $60k; Multiple: 2.40x
✅ What I Like
I am highlighting this listing because there are some hidden gems in projects that are launched by software engineers who do not possess marketing skills. There’s a chance this could be one such project. Someone with marketing know-how can come in and really scale this thing.
❓ Questions & Concerns
A very young project without scale. Requires both a technical and marketing background. Not clear what the TAM looks like.

Donor Tracking - $399k
For sale is a 10-year-old SaaS that allows religious organizations & non-profits to track their donors.
Serves small and medium-sized churches and non-profits
Lean software offers just the right features for a low price
Owner heavily involved in the business
TTM Revenue: $312k; Profit: $125k; Margin: 40%
Asking: $399k; Multiple: 3.19x
✅ What I Like
I like niche software businesses that don’t try to be everything to everyone. Decent margins. Year-over-year revenue and SDE grew 17% and 15% respectively.
❓ Questions & Concerns
Need to figure out the TAM for this business. Does the software require an upgrade? What’s the CLTV and churn? Is there any key man risk?

🕸 Content/Service/Other
B2B Virtual Call Center - $1.8M
For sale is a 13-year-old B2B virtual call center. Not a lot of detail in this listing.
Leadership team in place to operate the business day-to-day
Operations are all virtual with no physical office space
Lender pre-qualified
TTM Revenue: $2.2M; Profit: $617k; Margin: 28%
Asking: $1.8M; Multiple: 2.92x
✅ What I Like
A lot of operating history. Evergreen niche. B2B clients tend to be sticky. I like that there is an operating team in place. Search history shows that perhaps there’s an increase in demand since 2021.
❓ Questions & Concerns
Not a lot of detail in the listing. I’d want to understand the industry this targets. How are clients acquired? Is there a sales team? What does client churn look like? I believe it takes time to train new employees in this type of business. How easy is it to hire?
You can view the listing on BizBuySell.

Bay Area Commercial Moving & Storage - $1.7M
For sale is a 9-year-old commercial moving and storage business in the Bay Area. Owners are retiring.
Pre-qualified for SBA loan
TTM Revenue: $2.0M; Profit: $900k; Margin: 45%
Asking: $1.7M; Multiple: 1.89x
✅ What I Like
Established business with operating history. Evergreen niche. Clients are acquired through word of mouth. Attractive valuation.
❓ Questions & Concerns
My main questions would be about the day-to-day operations of the business. Is there a team in place? How easy is it to hire labor? What are the details on the storage part of the business? How does the competition look?
