Organization Products - $194k + Inv
For sale is a 17-year-old ecommerce business that sells home and travel products through four established brands. This is a turnaround opportunity.
90% of sales are Amazon; 4k reviews; 4.6-star rating;
Featured in major media publications such as NYT
15k e-mail list with 30% open rate;
Fulfillment done in-house but transitioning to an outsourced 3PL
TTM Revenue: $1M; Profit: $80k; Margin: 8%
Asking: $194k; Multiple: 2.43x
✅ What I Like
A lot of operating history. Established presence on Amazon. Media coverage is great for marketing. This could be an interesting turnaround opportunity for someone well experienced in the ecommerce space.
❓ Questions & Concerns
This acquisition could be like catching a falling knife. 8% margin is too low. Any turnaround may take additional out-of-pocket investment. Valuation seems elevated for this type of business. A lot of diligence is required.

☁ SaaS
Shopify App Portfolio - $4M
For sale is a 6-year-old suite of 4 Shopify apps that help merchants grow their business internationally.
3-person team; 2,000+ customers; +23% Y/Y revenue growth;
Pre-approved for $1.8M in debt financing for the acquisition
TTM Revenue: $929k; Profit: $872k; Margin: 94%
Asking: $4M; Multiple: 4.59x
✅ What I Like
Some operating history. Solid yearly growth rate and margins. Shopify ecosystem is growing. Large client base. Small team required to operate the business.
❓ Questions & Concerns
Not a lot of detail in the listing. What’s the revenue breakdown between the four apps? What’s the CAC and conversion rate? How does this app compare to the competition? Chance that Shopify will simply build the features directly into their platform?

MLS Integration for No-Code Websites - $125k
For sale is a 1-year-old platform that allows no-code builders to integrate MLS (real estate) into their websites. Integrates with Webflow, Weebly, Wix, and Squarespace.
Competitors: Realgeeks, Diversesolutions, Realtyna
100 users with 17 paid; One-time setup fee and monthly subscription;
Tech: Webflow, Bubble, Stripe
TTM Revenue: $16k; Profit: $8; Margin: 50%
Asking: $125k; Multiple: 15.63x
✅ What I Like
I tried my hand at real estate at one point and remember working with a web dev to integrate MLS into my WordPress website. Was a nightmare. Existing solutions are very expensive. Large TAM. This could be an interesting, niche product.
❓ Questions & Concerns
Very young project. A lot of other solutions in the market. Could you recreate this for < $125k? Who is the ideal customer? How large is the TAM? How does this compare to existing solutions?

OnlyFans Marketing SaaS - $1.2M
For sale is a 9-month-old SaaS that helps OnlyFans creators grow their audience. The tool is a human-like growth bot that will organically grow an OnlyFans account for the creator. It automatically follows expired fans or new people within a few minutes.
Competitors: RST Canada, Sieseo Italy
SaaS model; White-labeled with several agencies;
TTM Revenue: $360k; Profit: $300k; Margin: 83%
Asking: $1.2M; Multiple: 4.00x
✅ What I Like
Large and growing TAM. Clients have discretionary income to spend on their business. No marketing spend, VC investment, or debt. Low maintenance.
❓ Questions & Concerns
Very young business. What’s been their growth strategy? How do they acquire customers? What’s the churn and CLTV? How does this compare to other solutions? Does it integrate with any other platforms? Why is the founder selling the business? A lot of due diligence is required.
Just for fun, here are the most popular search terms around this topic:

SaaS + Remote Job Board - $650k
Founder seeks a majority or full exit on a 3-year-old SaaS and remote job board connecting SMBs with remote workers in LatAm.
SaaS combined with a remote job board
150 active subscriptions; 16% churn; $430 CLTV;
50k remote workers registered on the supply side
TTM Revenue: $121k; Profit: $80k; Margin: 66%
Asking: $650k; Multiple: 8.13x
✅ What I Like
Love the marketplace business model. There’s some decent traction here. I like that they combine a marketplace with a SaaS. This is my long-term goal with DueDilio as well. Evergreen niche. Flexible deal terms.
❓ Questions & Concerns
I assume having some exposure to LatAm is required. How does the revenue breakdown between SaaS and job board? What’s the CAC and growth strategy? How does this compare to similar marketplaces? Valuation is very elevated.

B2B Manufacturing & Fabrication - $2.5M
This listing comes from business broker Clint Fiore and his excellent Probably A Good Deal newsletter.
One of our hottest deals, a Dallas Fort Worth area B2B Manufacturing and Fabrication company doing $4M Rev and 800K SDE needs a Buyer.
Somebody pounce on this.
Highlights:
16+ years in business
Priced at $2.5M, an extremely reasonable SDE multiple
Seller willing to do multi-year transition if desired, or 12 mo’s if SBA financing utilized.
Already appraised higher than asking price, financing friendly
They fabricate, install, and service pneumatic delivery systems that move products around tubes using air and pressure (plastic pellets in plastic factories, etc.)
Continuous growth last several years
A good Buyer candidate will have a strong B2B sales or manufacturing / management background and be ready to take this mom-and-pop shop already doing great numbers to a whole new level. More demand for their systems than the owners can currently take care of.
