Sieva Kozinsky of The Business Academy talks about the impact of higher interest rates on purchasing power, asset prices, and business buying. At a 7% interest rate, the amount of house you can afford to buy has dropped by 39% compared to a year ago. He believes the same thing will happen to business valuations, eventually.
